Sgt. At Arms: shall secure all L.O.A.-F.L.A. Property and keep a record account of all
items. The Sgt. At Arms shall prepare an annual report to the executive board listing all
property and assets. Shall enforce all polices, rules and laws of the LOA, LOA-FLA and
State of Florida. The Sgt. At Arms shall have the authority to revoke any members ID
card upon issuing notice to the executive board. The Sgt. At Arms shall ensure that all
meetings are carried out in a business fashion, Roberts’s rule of order. That no alcohol is
present during the meeting. The Sgt. At Arms shall have the authority to remove any one
from the meeting site by order of the executive board.
