Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies:

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with
him, graciously give us all things? 33Who will bring any charge against those whom God has
chosen? It is God who justifies. 34Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than
that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35Who shall
separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or
nakedness or danger or sword? 36As it is written:  "For your sake we face death all day long; we are
considered as sheep to be slaughtered."[l] 37No.

John 8:3 "The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They
made her stand before the group". 4and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this woman was caught in the act
of adultery. 5In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?"
6They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.

But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. 7When they kept on
questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "If any one of you is without sin, let him be
the first to throw a stone at her." 8Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.

9At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was
left, with the woman still standing there. 10Jesus straightened up and asked her, "Woman, where
are they? Has no one condemned you?" 11"No one, sir," she said.  "Then
neither do I
condemn you,"
Jesus declared. "Go now and leave your life of sin."

When the devil tell you of your pass tell him of his future which is:

Book of Revelation: The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or
Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
10Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:  "Now have come the salvation and the power and the
kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ.
For the accuser of our brothers,  who
accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down
. 11They
overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony;  they did not love their
lives so much as to shrink from death. 12Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in
them!  But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with
fury, because
he knows that his time is short."
