The Latino Officers Association Florida, is always looking for young men and women for our Mentorship Program.
Mentorship refers to a developmental relationship between a more experienced person to help a less experienced person referred to as a protégé, apprentice, mentee, or (person) being mentored develop in a specified capacity such as law enforcement, corrections, tech criminal justices.

If your between 16 - 26 years old male or female the LOA-FLA will aid you by providing a mentor to guide you in starting your application process in law enforcement, corrections, or any other enforcement positions.
Once the application process to completed we will mentor you during the Academy stage till completion.
We will ocntinue to mentor during your probation period and beyond.
