LOA-FLA Academy provides Latinos
both female and male with the
significant education for the Law
Enforcement field. Recognizing the
many Latinos may not fully understand
the role of Police, Corrections or
Agents functions the LOA-FLA helps
them understand the particulars in an
effort for them to make a sound
judgment with their career field desire.
Believing that Jesus Christ is our
Lord and Savior, we walk into our
new career with the sound teaching
of the bible as our guide.
The LOA-FLA partners with churches
that have Jesus Christ as their center of
teaching and obtain an applicant pool.
Once completed the LOA-FLA aid
female and male Latinos 16 to 40 placing
them in their respective field of choice.
Assisting with the application process
carries out the following objective,
recruitment of Latinos in partnered
LOA-FLA agencies and providing more
Latinos in Law Enforcement.
Once the application process is ongoing
the LOA-FLA academy will give class
guidance of the cadets on what lies
ahead. For LOA-FLA cadets with 3.5
G.P.A and sound foundation that the
law enforcement field is for them, the
LOA-FLA will provide scholarship.
Once in the police academy the
LOA-FLA will continue to tutor cadets
in any block of instruction they may
need assistance in.
The LOA-FLA academy will also assist
members that wish promotional or
professional advancement.
