following:

Question number

agency does see this as important which was a plus.

Question number
8. A position up question should be issued pursuant to
the LOA-FLA Committee: did the agency promote anyone if so to what
position in 2006. Since the question is not conclusive the question should
be removed.

Question number 9. Again the committee had concern with the question.
Did Clearwater sponsor anyone in the police academy during 2006.
Based on the area census the committee agreed on a
B grading.

Overall score for Clearwater
A. The Committee was very happy with the
Departments vision on Latinos in the City of Clearwater with outreach.
The LOA-FLA will continue to monitor the promotional practice of the
Department.
