Attached is a copy from the City of North Miami Beach Police Department:
Agency web-site
With a growing population of over 30% Latinos the agencies could do more. Upper ranks have no
Latinos. Middle Supv and Shift command 7 way to low. No liaison is questionable. Not much of an
effort.
Hopefully next year will be better.
